Metal cutting with band and circular saws

The cutting shop is equipped with the BOMAR STG 120 and BOMAR ergonomic 275.230 DG band saws and the PAK 25 circular saw. 

BOMAR STG 120 band saw 

This unit is dedicated to the piece production and parting of bar stock up to 6 m. Angular cut to the clamped material is also available in 0° to ±45°/60°.

BOMAR ergonomic 275.230 DG band saw 

This band saw allows the piece production and parting of bar stock up to 6 m, and has the saw band in-cut hydraulic control. The clamped material may be cut in the range of 0° to ±45°/60°.

PAK 25 circular saw

PAK 25 circular saw allows the piece and series production as well as parting of material up to 14 m length. Thanks to the hydraulic clamping system and the automatic run control it enables the serial production. The saw can cut the solid materials up to 250 mm wide, or the profiles dimensioned 500x200 mm max.
