The company Stasis Horni Slavkov developed in recent years machines for manufacturing concrete mixtures that are simple and affordable. These machines were most used in the years eighty to ninety in Czechoslovakia. Many machines of this brand are still producing a significant share of the production of concrete in the Czech and Slovak Republics For this reason we perform general repairs of whole concrete mixing plants as well as individual components such as mixer and others.
On this brand machines we keep a wide range of spare parts in stock.. By this kind of overhauls we are able to do the completely repair and also modernize the machine according to contemporary standard.

Mixers RTM are pan mixers and mixer TCM is planetary mixer.
Mixer RTM 500
Pan mixer with five arms is very robust mixer suitable for ready mix production, for raw materials into ceramic materials or glass granules, asphalt mixtures or even for environmental waste. These mixers are mostly fitted to the machine SB 20, with output 20 m3 / h. This performance is suitable for a small customer category to a distance of 30km using mixer truck into volume 4.5 m3. Some construction companies provide by this machine their own supplies of concrete to their building site..
Mixer RTM 500 can be equipped with an additional mixing device called whirler and becomes suitable for precast production.
