MULTIS 30S GOLD TRANSPORTABILITY 

The entire plant is designed for maximum optimization of its
transportability and for reducing transport costs to a minimum.
Two shipping options are available, depending on the customer’s needs: 

By road: 2 STANDARD TRUCKS (13,60 m)
By sea: 1x40' OT + 1x40' OT H=2450

It’s a mobile, pre-assembled and pre-wired plant, designed reduce the installation time and space for installation on the construction site. Its compact structure makes it possible to quickly change from the transport configuration to the operational one. 

MIXING UNIT WITH BUILT-IN SKIP

The mixing unit is the heart of the plant, and in this configuration it is equipped with the ORUMS 750/500 planetary mixer with vertical shafts that allows different types of concrete to be mixed, always guaranteeing the utmost quality. The mixing unit is also equipped with an expansion chamber (Airbag) that collects dust-filled air, generated by the aggregates and by the cement after they enter the mixer.
The skip, complete with a gravity unloading hatch, slides inside a rail that is integral part of the structure. Its operation is extremely safe thanks to the presence of a set of limit switches and stopping systems.

STORAGE UNIT FOR AGGREGATES WITH BELTUP
(ORU CUBE S) 

The aggregates storage and batching unit is compact, sturdy and completely hot-dip galvanized in order to guarantee maximum resistance and long service life.
Thanks to the BELTUP weighing belt (patented), no costly concrete works are necessary (pillars and pits), and the loading point of the storage tanks stays extremely low.
